Using the portal:
After you have enrolled, you can access your portal from this page, slhduluth.com/myCare or via the Meditech mHealth app. To use the app, download it through the links below, then open the Meditech MHealth App and search for St. Luke’s. Use your account login and password to log in to myCare.

Were you seen by one of our partners?
Information on your procedure at Northern Lakes Surgery Center will be available on the St. Luke’s myCare Patient Portal. In addition, if you are being seen by a St. Luke’s provider, you can also access your other health information through myCare Patient Portal, including your health history and other St. Luke’s appointments. If you are seeing a provider from another clinic, we encourage you to also sign up for their patient portal, if available.
